Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in line with EU consumer protection law.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Press-on nails that have been worn or removed from their packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Custom Orders
Custom press-on nail sets made to your specifications are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Return
Contact us via the contact form with your order number to start a return. We'll provide instructions and a return address.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
